It was just like back two years ago, sans the other two girls... It's sir henry with pierre and armi! we're back to kaldi the goat! (ha ha!) types of grinds, roasts, beans, temperature of milk, types of milk ... BUT! this time, we're the trainnors! see how professional they look with those barista uniforms!:) lovely! hahaha
But what's so cool about being in a lecture with sir henry is that you get to learn something new EVERYTIME!
I haven't heard of RAINBOW coffee with fireworks!:) COOLNESS!:) and the whole type of cups and type of steaming pitchers! did we have a hay day or what!
I'm so happy to be able to at least "master" that latte art.. that actually surprised sir henry! i havent even practiced much because of all these management duties, (No Bar shifts for me :( )
See the photo on the right? i tried to wear a Chinese Collar so it would look similar to what they wore.. but who was i kidding. :)
