As i was saying on previous post, it is a trial time for the shop these days. with a number of resignees and trainees.. It is not a good match. it's hard to turnover files, turnoever knowledge and explaining to everyone old things that are so usual to me to newbies that doesnt know a thing. But i'm begin patient about it-- at the very least.
Instant 3 in 1 coffee... if i was a coffee drink at this point i'm that. Instant 3-in-1 --- manager, barista and superwoman all in one! ha ha ha.. trying times need a little laughter on the side too. and tom, lecturer and trainnor. this is what i love about my job.. i get to do all around stuff-- customer service, accounting, marketing, management, educating, research and development, events management, cooking (har har), computation for consumptions, and sometimes, you have the excuse to sleep on the job (when things are stable and calm, and trust meter with people in the shop are in the green).
