an end of an era

and so this is the last night i'll be lingering my mind to sleep. i'll be starting work tom at EON. (see earlier posts of this blog, and you'll probably see the same company too.

so, the real job is on me. a job that makes me
1. pay taxes
2. pay parking fees everyday
3. make me eat soupy snacks and other msg coated food
4. make me baon for lunch
5. make me have lesser time with friends (sniff sniff)

but then hindi na daw ako pabigat sa bansa (as if ha!)

so there.. according to ms betty, HR head of EON. i'll be managing thier events and also handle accounts under corporate PR. --makes me Account officer of Corporate PR and Events manager--- or i think account officer is the best job title for it.

then again beyond EON i've held different positions acquired through other rackets in life.
1. pascual grand reunion event organizer
2. local marketing head - the coffee beanery banawe
3. accounts officer for business events - InVent


and so where lies my course (hehehe nahawa na ako sa iyo dyanne!) i dont know. as i've learned it is my passion that would make me whole. i took up AB European studies-- international relations but now taking a career in PR and events. so i hope that this path leads me to a place where i'll be able to use my full potential. (btw, EON is a member of ECCP. ;) they are affliated to edelman PR of amsterdam (www.eon.com.ph))

beyond my pagmumuni over being employed (and undead)... i've met up with great friends for a last hurrah of the era of student life...

saturday: "sigh... "
last night i went to pam's party!:D asla people but i had to leave early to go to barbie's party! i got there early. blame it to traffic! but i was glad that david was there to "entertain" me (ooohhh .. at work na this early!) then patch came too.. then i met steph's sister! roque came in next! it was fun being with the aslans again. kakamiss kayo!:D dont forget marketing packages for InVent!:D

after that i went to greenhills na with kai kai!:D met with the WHOLE kadiri gang!:D yey!:D fun fun thought eh celebrant, barbie, got to a stomach flu. sad. but it was fun updating with everyone else:)

friday: "sowee.."
it was a funny fun riotic day! so i met up with InVent for final plans for AAA and TCB accounts. we worked at jig's place which was in xavierville. meeting with TCB-main marketing was at 1pm
so we left jig's place at 1255.. to be there at cravings katipunan at 1pm.. apparently it took us 45 mins because of traffic!!! then anya pulled off an anya. nuff said.

we got stranded at jig's place after because of the riots in my area then with the rains we opted to stay and have more time together (well for my sake!)

so there.. wish me luck as i enter a new phase in my life.
