I look forward to more years of milestones with you. The past five years made us grow in the life we wanted to live as we chase our dreams to our forever. I am glad we took that step together and made things work for us-- no matter how late you wake up, no matter how moody i get, no matter how slow you are, or no matter how quick i want things done.
Pages have turned in our love chapter of our own individual lives, the decision of getting into this relationship has turned me equally responsible of myself and of the people around me. It made me response-able of time management with myself, with you, with family, and with work. Thank you for letting me have me time-- for a parlor, a girlfriend date with my best friends, a 1 hour massage, travels, and my usual tantrum just to get your attention while you're gyming with friends.
Thank you for letting me taste the world-- your funny whiney experiments with wine, old stock of sun dried tomatoes, teaching me what part of the cow/lamb/pig/chicken is best for the spice you have been eyeing to try. My agitated nags while doing "personal" catering with you-- that i know in the end you have a logical reason why this dish came in last and why that dish had to go out first. Someday, my prayer is, to taste the the world cuisines with you-- not because its old stock but because it is served to us in the dream of a culinary tour of the world:).
So as i celebrate the day i made a decision, which i never told you till two weeks after, I would like to say THANK YOU. Wonderful 5 years is an understatement of the overwhelming love, support and trust that you have given.
