It was only last year that i got to celebrate valentines with someone, as i was finally kicked out of the Single Since Birth Club. Pierre came right after his class and we opted to stay at home as we didnt want to eat out. (besides, why go out when you have a chef for a boyfriend. ha ha ha) though the year before that, we spent it together-- at the CAFE on shift. my oh my what a wonderful night as it was a record breaking top notch sales that 8 months of operations. Probably my most memorable experience.
This year, it's going to be different. But with our line of work, i have to accept the fact that holidays that call for big celebrations are peak times for our industry --Christmas, Valentines, Chinese New Year.... So it's either we celebrate it before, or celebrate it way after. In this country Chirstmas is more than a month, and Valentines is celebrated for at least three days.
Though, i know it's for the best... and valentines is something we can celebrate everyday:) why not?
yah, i know it's mush.. so forgive me. ehe.
