beach debut and sec express

Friday was the day the storm was suppose to come. But i found myself dressing up for a beach party! It was shob's (barbie's dear little sis) debut ,pierre, me, anya and venjo were going!:) Of course i offered my registration expertise to barbie coz given she was the one organizing the whole party (a surprise that it is!) i knew she'd be running here there and everyhwere with a mix of migling with family friends and relatives. Anyanita was also there with venjo and we were all but talking about anythign any everything (and how we felt so old... and how we look old in photos already) we ended up having a chrismas dinner planning for the gang.. circles? m cafe? spiral? Mmmm.. can't wait!!

Oh and it was "something nostalgic" night for me and pi! yep babe, i hope the music never ends. :)

Sec express... SEC: SECREATARIAT.. a work perfected thru the years. armed with the best minions in town. (Ate jess, barbie and enzo.. squeeze in SJ and Pi) we starting packing 80 kits for the charter change event that i have been arranging for the past month! i hired these guys to help out during the main event coz i wouldnt be able to function quite well if i was alone. so there we were just like the ops room, paper scattered all over and packing them to white envelopes.. yep this is what we call "brainless" "mindless" work but at the end of it, it's still fulfilling. yes we are the team that-- is amused with "behave" punchers, working and functioning stapplers (big and small), color coded fasteners on folders, and a big box of perfectly working pens. ... hey, we can work for food too (as long as its tiger prawns, beef tendorloin and made from real tomatos pizzas!)

oh, and another thing to blog about... i was dead tired going home yesterday with the smell of the yummy food i had on tow from astoria. i get home and to my surprise, pierre was there cooking for me and my family.:) thanks so much babe! those sun dried tomato with pesto rissoto was great. it was nice capping the day with you by my side.. sigh. cant believe that it has been a year since that date. "this is the start of something new... dont you agree?"
