and so friday came. Though it was generally ok.. It was just too exhausting for my spirits to just let water off my back that i had to cry myself to sleep (to think about it, i didnt sleep) Everything seems to be broken....
broken #1: Cashier Register
So after one year it konks out. KAPUTT! nada. doesnt even want to open now. So thank God for our senior baristas who had done cashiering manually during our humble beginings, they had the presence of mind of doing a manual cashiering and training our gen 2 for it--- and sad enough, the POS will be back.. next week pa. good luck to me and to my team.
Broken#2: Air con
Though it has been very constant that it's broken.. as meynard would put it "may tulo" it just so freaking annoyign that stupid "Aircon Experts" suddenly declares that our warranty have overlapsed. and service has now charges. TO THINK ABOUT IT we call them every 2 weeks.. so much for warranty!!!!!
Broken #3: Blender
we had two blenders...on of them konked out the other week and is now on repair.. the one left turns on by itself... without anyone touching it. ... IT ALWAYS A COMPROMISE it's annoying!!! though if i can program that self-blending- blender on how to make a java java or even a very rocky road and amarula.. things will be easier... sana nga maski self cleaning kaya nya.
Broken #4 : Bar Faucet
since we're doing expansions of our stock room... na soon to be kitchen na soon to be dishwashing area too... one of the workers "accidentally" knock off the nawasa pipe line that goes to the main bar area and dishwashing area.. so lo and behold... water, which is the veins of our business, was just too "slow" for the demand we have. when the pipeline was finally changed.... the water that comes out of the faucet in the bar is bent... making water splatter everywhere.
Broken #5: boyfriend.
just as everythign was fine and dandy between me and pi... he gets sick... he has 3 days of fever already--- and his blood test results say that it's a viral infection but could lead to typhoid or dengue.... though his symptoms are just really fever and sever headache... he doesnt have rashes nor lost of appetite for it to be dengue.. nor diarrea (sp?) or vommitting to make it thyphoid. i'm just praying things will be better for him this coming week since it's his midterms already (3 days!) ... and not to mention the mush of our first monthsery and my birthday's coming up ..... I Just talked to him though, no more fever but the headache's still there (but not so severe anymore). hopefully it's a start of a really speedy recovery.
So let's see where my weekend goes........... after this weekend start.
