Heat of Summer Sunshine

wow. grabe. ang init! and i cant freaking believe myself that the last time i was at the beach was... CEBU! damn right.. CEBU. so kill me for not going to the beach coz i decide to stay in our sauna feeling stockroom while reviewing past month's sales, revenus and other reports need to be filled.

managing a coffee shop is really work. besides the fact that you love staying inside the bar, talking to guests, addressing guests complaints, get threathened by new coffee shop competitors (to whom we actually offered our place initially but freakin' declined us)... you still work till 12 midnight dealing with daily deliverables on my part. But i thank the admin team, your work is excelent and does give new perspective to the SEASON TWO of TCB-Banawe.

so to balance this post .. as worklife says..

this week's top realizations:
1. "love your guy like a little boy, and he'll grow up to be a man" - one fine day
2. everything i learned about xavierians (Except enzo) from anya, nice and barbie in college IS true. (girls, i can still remember our caf up moment on "xavierian tigers"... me and my big mouth... or stupid mouth. wahahahaha. *snaps for my ladies*)

i went out with scandalizing bebot last thursday. yep, christmas gift opening on a hot summer day. it's funny that summers i spent with anya is always different. (ORSEM SUMMERS. ENOUGH SAID). last year was ESCAPING SUMMER this year, FRUSTRATING SUMMER. hahaha. but we do miss the orsem summers, especially now that even if orsem will linger forever with us, the issues burried and resurfaces every now and then never fails to make this furstrtaing summer something worth that "quota" laugh.

i miss spending time with my friends. Those days when we'd worry about grades and the next day's tasks. trying to make most of what was in the academe for a good job out of it. yet now we yearn to go back. who said i was excited to graduate? damn it.

well. i guess that's life. and life will be funny that way.

it's EU month! (and funny that i keep myself updated still with EU news etc. :)) well at least i still have it. hay, i still dream to represent the philippines... hmmm. ms. world barista? har har har. but really. last year's post is still my dream, my goal. getting there will be a different post... or posts.

as for now, and like always, We'll See.
