the day has gone by so fast. the events that took place this morning seems to have taken place yesterday.
my day was meeting loaded. I was called for a meeting with the Doroteo clan of pascual for their up coming mini reunion on october 15 2005. it is interesting to note that even if it's a mini reunion, it's for 100 pax. so good luck diba? hehehe but all is well. the next step for me is the cost estimate which btw, i have to present by tom-- General meeting this time. Guess where my meeting will be tom? at the cravings' president's house. hahahaha the ironies of life. bwahaha. why do i have to keep on meeting with these cravings people ALWAYS in all my events this time?
second, i was suppose to meet up for the breakfast buffet i am setting up for the shop. since i was going to have a meeting in makati, i doubted the time i'll be done so i left the materials with my mom and sister so that they can refer to it for the said meeting. well as expected, they canceled the meeting and eventually again got an ear full from our side. nice way to cap the week since we started with that anyway. ho-hum, at least there is somethign constant right?
third, i have always lived with the motto "chances, choices, changes". i learned this from ASLA. people are given chances to make choices to make changes. Something unwanted happened at the shop today. well last night. I love my co-workers to pieces and i do not want any harm done to them in anyway. (maternal instincts perhaps?) but the point of distrust of someone not even close to being a barista does something that harms them, will get the proper beating not just from me but from my boss aka. mom, and my direct boss aka alexie. though i feel so sorry for him, i believe that it's the only way to make him learn his lesson. He was given so many chances to pick up the bits of trash (all pun intended) he leaves yet he never understand the job he has to do. As much as i want to help him. i also live in the motto of "you cannot help people who cannot help themselves". so now, all we can say is "WANTED: BUZZ BOY".
the day isn't even close to over now it's only 8:36 and since i was not able to open nor mid shift today, i'm headed for the closing shift. :) i really don't mind, it's friday night and closing party nanaman ito!:D
