When two worlds meet.

Had a quite a long day on coffee and seriously, surprises do come in small and big packages.

I was invited to be sensory judge of Kapestahan in Lyceum today and even with 12 cups of coffee (should have been 24), i was amazed on how this coffee/barista industry have come into a full production of so many things.

Seven years in the industry and it is still an amazing story on how i got into this "cafe" industry.

Delving into the cafe industry was something that was not on the book when 2005 came to close my studenthood. Life was just a mix of this and that. those and these. but running a business like a headless 6 legged chicken sort of came naturally as i started to mix lattes, cappuccinos and mochas.

i was so concentrated with the cafe industry that i delineated those two things.. COFFEE INDUSTRY and the CAFE INDUSTRY.

Today, amazingly connected with the Philippine government.... i met an "old friend" named EU. hahaha:) I never thought i would be able to unearth my EU world as it has been buried to the ground like anything! hahaha:) HAPPINESS!:) we never know, i have hopes that i make a mark, a dent, in this coffee verse!
