This year, its different. Its not moving on because you're out there to prove you're the better person. You're not there to prove that you're not bitter with what has happened. Break up songs are not there to provide comfort, nor stories of moving on letters would heal.This time, even I, cannot move on.
Since pierre and i have gotten together, we always wanted to hang out with a couple that we can share thoughts and turn pages of love chapters together. We have a number of friends who we have done this double date hang outs that plainly talk about food, futures and forevers. It is a sad tale to learn that one of the favorite couples we double date with did not break up but one of them have passed on. Being there for the other half is quite not the same as we have been used to being with both of them.
We seldom see each other even. Only on occasions of birthdays and a lone christmas lunch of 2010. It was mainly tweeting and Facebook stalking that kept tabs on our day to day lives.
We gather our nonsense yet filled with conversational pieces of tweets, Facebook status and photos. We ALL try to move on and heal from the pain that has envelope these photos and mementos of our once a upon a times.
I feel hurt for a great girl friend, ESB, Val, that instead of a wedding vow she has been longing to write, she ends up writing a eulogy that will not give her those uncontrollable tears of joy but of tears due to sudden remembering of pain and unanswered questions.
As I also try to move on and help a friend, i will try to remember the lessons we learn from death.
—the end of poverty and the beginning of riches:
—the end of frustration and the beginning of fulfillment;
—the end of fear and the beginning of tranquility;
—the end of pain and the beginning of joy;
—the end of weakness and the beginning of strength

Yuvu, May the road rise up to meet you. May the wind always be at your back. May the sun shine warm upon your face, and rains fall soft upon your fields. And until we meet again, May God hold you in the palm of His hand.
Thank you Yuvu, for the gift of friendship, Love and laughter. Sana may bawang dyan, para mas masarap and pagkain ha!:)
