since ive been cleaning up my room i saw my clearbook of the "best" papers i have written in college. i had this thing for collection for some weird reasons. so these papers were "best" for it's grades and for the comments i got from my teacher. it was fun reliving the moments getting these papers back!
"There we stood in our black slacks and red top as we proudly sand i swear. domini plucked away to perfection. Monica conducted with great emotion. Our voices sang out with full force. the blending of our voices turned out beautifully. No one was out of tune. No one forgot an action. Everything was sychronized. We bowed down looking very confident and very satisfied on how we performed. we then inched our way out of the stage and went back to our seats looking releived and relaxed."

"interesting characters make up an intersting story--film, fiction or dram. Although chracters that make a big difference makes the story more intersting for me. But what big difference is this? it is not just going against the stereotypes but rather , on how they try not to be stereotyped. it is more of being who they really are, and who they really want to be. Not waht the society and other influential figures state to them on who shoudl they be."

"society may prescribe my way of life through the roles and expedctations. i still owe it to society of how i was able to create the concept of myself. But even with the prescription of society, it is still up to me to conform to it"

"may it be just for mere entertainment, these songs have come a long way and have survived amongst the other songs and chants creatd back then. Although, the purpose of these rhymes may have differed from waht it was, understanding the roots of these rhymes may help us know what we should sing to our little ones because it is not all in the melody, the lyrics says more"

"As Christians, we ought to forgive, but as humans we should not easily forget. Let us not make the genocide just an echo of the past. The voices of these people can still be heard through us. We have learned from it. Now, it is all up to us if we want to make a different story; we are all individuals that can make our history. we are all in one time line. we all have one story."

"Courage is similiar [to being brave] in the sense they are to face danger and pain however they are humble enough to say that they still have the fear yet it is contained within themselves."

"Courage is then measured through what we are to face. We are to contain what we are to fear. Death is the sole end of life. it is a universal truth already acknowledged yet, men fails to understand because we are driven by our own greediness and hunger for power and prestige"

"like us dreamers, we are to have courage to dream and wish of things that are not reachable. we fantasize of a life filled with stress-free work, big achievements and go further of what is expected of us. Yet we always think that it is unthinkable of us wishing to present ourselves to death. ... Most of us. when dreams are not fulfilled we tend to lose track of where we are going. However, we are all walking to the path of death, we can always let our dreams die with us, yet we are never contented."

These are just a few. i'm still looking for my philo papers. but i think i've posted one or two philosophy papers in this blog already.
it was funny reading these papers. it seemed to bring back the time when i was actually writing it. i smelled the perfume i was wearing even the perfume of the groupmate i was working with. It brough back lots of flashes of memories. brought back feelings of who was my crush back then etc. I even remember what i was eating, especially the pail of water project.. god i mis that salasa, kai! i even remember the tea cup barbie was using that night at 3am when she talked to the computer alone. But what is fun to look back to is that the people i was with while writing these, are still the same people i am with today.(i love you my kadiri gang. we do make the nightmares to others as a dream team. see yah all tom!)
ALL THOSE WRITTEN ABOVE ARE OF MY PROPERTY. WHEN I DO BECOME A LAWYER I'LL HUNT YOU DOWN!! coz if i do take law i'll be an IPR lawyer!
